At Meow & Woof Picks LLC, we strive to provide high-quality pet products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns and refunds in accordance with the following policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the item.
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The item is not on the non-returnable list (see Section 4).
- You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item to the return address provided in the instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, ordered the wrong product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is approved.
- If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
- Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged items
- Personalized or customized products
- Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats)
- Gift cards and promotional items
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at aabigailchristnaanderson@gmail.com.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
